• Eyeliner - Specially formulated permanent cosmetic pigments can be inserted under the middle layer of skin on the upper or lower eyelid.  The process results in making the eyes appear more youthful and vibrant. Eyeliner can be applied thinly or thicker to create a more dramatic effect.
  
  
• Hairstroke Eyebrows - Individual hairstrokes are applied to create a natural looking symmetrical eyebrow.  Can be especially beneficial to clients suffering from alopecia. Pigment colors are match to accent natural hair and skin tone.
  
  
• Lipliner - Lipliner is applied to the outer edges of the lips to give definition and symmetry.  Often used to correct imperfections in the lipline.
  
  
• Full Lip Color - Various shades of pigments are available to highlight the lips. Applied with lipliner can give the lips a fuller, more youthful appearance.

Penny's first introduction to permanent makeup was 6 years ago when she underwent her own procedure.  So impressed with the result Penny decided to enter the field and received her training at Advanced Educator School of Permanent Make-up in Washington, Illinois.  With a background in the medical field this was a natural transition, combining her specialized skills to assist women - making them feel beautiful and their morning routines quicker. She also realized that people suffering from alopecia, allergies, or disfigurements could benefit from the results of permanently applied cosmetics.
